Headband

Using the size 7 circular needles with the 24” (60 cm) cable, cast on 110 sts.

Important note: to make sure the headband is turned, after casting on the sts turn them 360ª and continue working in circular 1×1 ribbing.

Note: to keep a better check on the number of rounds being

worked, place a stitch marker at the start of the round.

When the headband measures 3 1/8” (8 cm) from the start,

bind (cast off) all the sts as they present themselves taking care to not work too tightly.

Continue working with the magic loop technique in circular 1×1 ribbing.

Note: to keep a better check on the number of rounds being

worked, place a stitch marker at the start of the round.

Continue working the remaining 16 sts in circular 1×1 ribbing.

At a distance of 1” (2.5 cm) from the start of the thumb, bind (cast off) the 16 sts as they present themselves.

Bring back into work the 30 sts that were previously left on hold and continue working in circular stockinette st.
